300 benelli r1

I was wondering at what distance is a benelli r1 300 accurate to shooting a 180 grain. How many yards?

Thats a new rifle so I doubt many here have one yet.

According to two different articles it shoots around 1.25-1.5" for 3 shot groups at 100yds, while thats not bad for an autoloader its not up to bolt action standards of 1 MOA which means 1" group at 100yds.

Shooting accurately at long distances also depends on how good you are but based on the possible 1.5" groups I probably wouldn't consider taking shots with it at over 300yds.

If you already own the Benelli R1, one of the articles said the Hornady 180-grain Interlock softpoint gave the best groups in their test shooting.
