308 cal pills for Elk

Hey guys, just wondering what your fav pills for Elk are for ranges at about 150 to 200 yards, at about 2400 to 2600 fps, out of a 308 win, if you use one, or in a 06...

We dont have elk, but our sambar deer are al ittle smaller, and the areas they inhabit are very dense, so i suppose they about similar.
