Yes, the 7mm's are mostly very flat shooting which makes them perfect for antelope and deer out on the flat plains, I have a 7mm Rem Mag that i've shot whitetails at some nice distances using the 140grain Nosler Partition bullet and it flat puts the deer down so I know they will do the same on antelope.
The bigger 7mm bullet weights 150 -175 grain and up bullets are more suited for Mule deer, Elk, Black bear.
I have my A-bolt zero'd about 3" high at 100yds, its so flat shooting that it makes it good for point of aim out to 300yds, only if you shoot longer distances then you would need to decide the holdover required.
