I am not familar with Jim Bridger,,,but you are fortuante,,,Missouri has more public land per population than most states. Deer hunting on public can be challenging but very rewarding. When i was hunting public land, i hunted around lakes,,,using a map find areas that are ONLY accessable by boat. I did have luck doing that. Keep in mind that permanent stands are Illegal. Get there early,,stay as long as you can. There will be people moving about all day,,keeping the deer moving. Best of luck,,,let us know.

thanks ironhead. i will def let u know. i found a good spot on map that shows a bottle neck to a bean field. i was gonna set up a stand there as early as i can next season. i plannd on scouting it out after this season. dont want to disturb the hunters in it right now. i hate deer hunters hunting for deer hunters, im not going to contribute to that. i heard their success rate is good there but its very popular. so if i get there first and set up where noone else would i shld be ok.
