Anyone ever hunted the Great Dismal Swamp game land?

I've seen pictures of some really good bucks come out of there.I would like to get pointers from someone who is familiar with the hunt.

ive hunted the dismal in va and it is heavily pressured by tons of hunters you will see more hunters than deer

Where is richfield, NC? I used to live in South Mills near The va line. There are a ton of public lands there. There is one in Gates county that holds big deer but the surrounding clubs run their dogs through. In camden county there is a huge track of land near the North River east of Shiloh off of Rt 343. The hunting is pretty good. The only thing that i didnt like is that most of the people hunting those areas are the hunt club rejects. Take my advice and keep a good distance between you and them.
