anyone here shoot barnes bullets in a cva kodiak.i want to try the expanders and the mz bullets.

I shoot them but out of a t/c black diamond. The 300gr leave brutal exits and they are very accurate. They just fit a little tight after the first shot. So you may have to clean your gun often while sighting in. Which I do anyway.

i shoot the barnes 245 grain out of my optima pro elite, they are tight going down(better accuracy), i put a cleaning patch down the barrel between shots. i don't think i'll use another projectile type other than barnes for a long time. :D
any day above ground is a good day

I shoot the 250 gr. Expander TMZ's in my CVA with 100 grains of Pyrodex, and they are DEADLY!!!! Extremely accurate as well! I will not use any other bullet. They fit a little tight, but it must be a good thing.
