how much would i be out for a black bear tag in any states west of the mississippi and east of the rockies neside4s new mexico and south of nebraska ??

In Ontario its 38 dollars... don't know if that helps... for a resident.

in maine we have a 30,000 bear population which, relitaive to its size, is one of the best black bear populations in the United states. u can get a tag for like 30 if your a resident. it think its 80 for non residents not sure.

hunts go from 700-2000 a week.
