Go to your local bow shop, look around shoot a few bows and the one you are comfortable with is the one you should get.I like a 3 pin fiber optic sight,an 14 ounce x-ring stabilizer and a micro adjust rest.Scott makes a fine release also,I use a Scott Shark. Arrows are a whole nother deal.I hunt with Easton 2213,with a 80 grain muzzy broadhead. But I 3d shoot with Easton 2112 Super lites with a 80 grain glue in tip.I also shoot a helicial fletched arrow instead of straight fletching or vanes. This means the vanes are on a slight twist going down the shaft.Good luck and hope this helps you.
Want my ammo?Ok,stand downrange.

Like Rick said, go to a few bow shops and shoot every bow they have. Whichever one feels good to you is the one you should get. Fiber optic sights are about the only things available today. Invest in a good drop away rest and get the SVL hunters pack. It includes a stabilizer, limb shock absorbers and string leeches. As for arrows, carbons are more expensive but they're hard to break. They'll last for a long time. When it comes to broadheads, don't cheap out. Thunderheads are good. I shot them for years and years, but I just switched to G5 montecs. They fly exactly like your field tips. Good luck.
