Browning shotgun rifled barrel

Can one swap out to a Browning rifled barrel without doing any mods? Hastings says no mods necessary for their 12 ga. rifled barrel for a Browning BPS 12 ga. Some say the forearm may need to be switched. Thanks.

Hastings is a good company. I would think that they wouldnt lie.
Curiosity killed the cat, but I was a suspect for a while......
