Calling all Mince Hunters

Anybody out there ever go Mince hunting?

It is quite popular in southern states I guess.
Ive seen a few in the woods up here in Vermont. They look like a mix between a squirrel and a skunk. Typically they are raised on game farms for their meat.
Dont you remember as a kid your grandmother making minced meat pies on thanksgiving?

Id love to get one mounted for the wall at deer camp.

I got a nice 8 point Jacalope last year. I'd been hunting them about ten years now and finally got one. :wink:

Congrats, they can be tricky little devils. Everyone thinks that Whitetails are hard to get, let me see you bring home a nice 10 point Jackalope.
