Here's something that's me helped free up a little freezer space.

Fill your jar up with meat (cut into around 1" squares) and something to add a little flavor (pepper, garlic, etc) to about 2/3 full.

Don't add any water. The cooking process will leach water out of meat. Added water will cause jars to overflow.

Tighten lids and place in a pressure cooker. Be sure to add water into pressure cooker but keep it well below the lids.

Cook for 90 minutes.

Turns out great, and you don't have to freeze it.
