If your cooking them on the grill, I always put on some campfire taters.
Take a piece of allum. foil, rub butter all over one side(towards the middle)
add alittle seasoned salt & garlic salt , than put your cubed(1/2"-3/4") taters on the butter. Season them with the same as before, and add 1 table spoon of butter. Roll it up so no butter can get out, than roll it a second time and add handles to it. Cook about 30 min on med/low heat. Turning occasionally. Add alittle bowl of sweet corn, and there you go.
