Shot him on Labor Day - 40 yards laying in the bean field.

It's a 6 point, there are five on the larger antler and a spike for the other.. Bad Genes, I'm assuming.

Got this 6 pointer last weekend with my bow in MI. Only had 3 days to bowhunt this year (training temporarily in CA for my job). So I was really happy to arrow any buck this year.

I had some close encounters with this buck during bow season but couldn't close the distance. The other buck that was with him was bigger. Can't wait until next year to see what he looks like

If it works thats a non typical my nephew took during the youth gun season last year. He was 12 I think? It was busted up already and it was around October 10th. Ok I checked and if you click on them it goes right to that picture. Hope thats legal here? The buck was a 10 pt but if it was whole it would have been a 14pt if I remember right. We set up a ladder stand for that spot as it was a hotspot for all deer with a huge community scrape and several trails that got funneled thru the area. We have another homemade platform ladder stand(we call Goliath) in the area and my old Ole Reliable blind too. We saved the spot for him during early bow season and this was the morning he first sat the stand. A bigger one came by but he let it walk as it was a little dark out and the deer was too far away. After he shot this one the bigger one came back thru but he only had one either sex tag. This spot on this farm produces several nice bucks for us every year and several freezer's full of does. In '05 I took a 160class 10 pt and a 140class 8 pt from my blind in this spot. Most days you have an oppurtunity at multiple deer/deer harvest's.

Sorta... You used the http that is given when you click on the photo itself.

The next time you want to load a pic on here from photobucket, hold your mouse over the pic. Down below it, should appear a drop down box with links. You can then find the one labeled "IMG Code" and left click it once, which will highlight it, then right click it to copy. Then all you have to do is paste it here in the forum. For ease I went into my photobucket settings and made it so that the only code I get is the IMG code. That way, I dont get confused on which code I need...lol. Here is what the drop down box looks like and you can see that I just have the IMG code box....
