You take your traditions or CVA and find the load the gun likes and nothing will ever get away. My brother and i were down in Ky. this last early Muzzle loader season, he was carrying a traditions he bought from a fella at work for $50 that had never been fired because the ole boy wanted to sell it and buy an optima,(which is a fine firearm also) but I watched my brother drop a small buck at exactly 100 yds and even called his shot in the neck.... little forky never knew what hit him!!

Carnivore

I stepped it off at 68 paces

I lucked out because these were the first 4 shots from my new barrel.
I wanted a nickle barrel and a longer one so I ordered a 28''pro barrel and put it on my all steel Pursuit . I had to switch the sights over to my new barrel from my old one and my first shot was next to the bulls eye. I held my gun in a sight vise to see what the new barrel would do.
This was with a spotless barrel So I put 2 spit patches and one dry patch between each shot for the next 3 shots and they almost went in the same hole. So thats the plan from now on to keep the barrel spotless at all times. I took one more shot at a small rock on a mountain at around 120 yrds and nailed it .So I went home after the 5th shot. I have not had a chance to get out again.

Take Care and GOD bless-
Rob

Check out this young moose I saw standing in the Logan River here in Utah. This is the 4 th moose I have seen in this area. This spot is 23 mile from our home. WE are so glad to that we moved here from CRAZY  California . Tons of animals to hunt with our M.L. and bows. :) :)

I would never have beleived it if not from your own keyboard. I told you they arent as bad as you say. *lol* Hey I shoot deer with my inline alot but I stiill manage to kill one a year with the old hawken for some more challenge. I like the smell of the old elephant powder and all the smoke that doesnt seem to go away as fast as inlines.

Here is another cool photo of my son Cody looking at herd of Mule deer above our home. The deer are hard to see in this photo but there are over 70 deer feeding in the field .
Take care -Rob
