East Texas food plot

I have 250 acres close to Palestine, Texas and was wondering what type of seeds to use in our food plots this year. We have had a soil sample done, disked, added 1 ton of lime to approximately 3 acres of plots. Am not opposed to using the Biologic Brands but thought it might be best to ask about what other blends of seeds have been used in this part of Texas.

I am not sure down around your part of the world, but I also live and hunt in East Texas up around Jefferson. I have tried soy beans and found them to work the best for me. Hope that helps.
The more kids we can get into the woods and on the creeks the more kids we can keep off of crack and out of the streets!!
