Since i'm new here, I thought I would catch up with my last 08 deer. I had proposed marriage to my girl on Friday afternoon.....when she came down from cloud 9, I reminded her that I was still Bow hunting in the morning. Being the great support she is, she encouraged me to go. After watching some doe, this guy walked rite under me. A 30 yard heart shot later, and a perfect weekend ended. 230#, 185 dressed

Not the biggest deer @ 119 6/8, but a memerable one at that!

Congrats on both, like Ironhead said be careful on the date you pick on your wedding. More than once I had friends choose a date during deer season, you don't want to be thinking "I could be sitting in my tree stand" on your honeymoon.
