Finding out year of my Winchester...

Postby eric_rosburg » Fri Apr 04, 2008 8:56 am

I recently inherited my grandfathers Winchester 64-30. It looks to be pre 64. Anyone know how to verify the age via serial number?
Thanks,
Eric

Is it a .30/30? And what is the serial number?

Yeppers, My Granddad went on a roll for a little while and bought only Winchester guns. I have a good many of them in my safe and didn't know anything about them so I bought a book and now I know a lot about them. :D
