Health Insurance when travelling out of country!!

When I travel into the states, I buy extra Health Insurance for any accidents. Just wondering what Americans do when comming to Canada on hunting or fishing excursions???

This year we had three clients that had to go to the emergency for some reason or other. One cut his hand with a broadhead and cost him nearly $400.00 dollars. Another had a upper respiratory infection, cost him nearly $700.00 for the visit, because of exrays. The hunter thought he was having a heart attack. They all had to pay out of pocket. It surprises me that visitors to another country do so with out extra travel insurance!!
