I just thought that I would introduce myself. I live in eastern Washington not far from North Idaho. Most of my hunting is done on my own property (whitetail deer). It has been great to teach the kids where food comes from and how it is processed. I have been making knives for over twenty years as a hobby, and it is fun to use knives that you made yourself to process the meat that you harvested. I look forward to meeting you all.
