HELP !!! pulling my hair out

Ok guys need some help here. When I to post or reply it takes 3-5 time of clicking the submit button before it works. It always says invalid session and is now going right to the login screen and then I have to retype everything. Don't know if its a problem on my end or what. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using a dial up or slow internet connection? Sometimes that will cause the problem you're having.

I don't think it has anything to do with slow internet connection. I don't have the problem anywhere else, and I post quite a bit on them (I'm on dialup). I ONLY have the problem on forums that use THIS particular software. Frankly it keeps me from posting on them very much.
