A friend of mine just switched to a string splitter peep sight and can't say enough good things about it.

look into the G5 Meta peep light weight magnesium alloy you won't lose as mush speed as others. Also its set in the string at an angle so that when your at full draw your looking thru a straight hole for lack of better words. Try the largest size possible this will increase your light during low light conditions. You give and take with peeps the smaller the more accurate and less shooting time and the opposite with bigger. If you mainly looking for a hunting peep go large.
Get your bow shop to install a couple different sizes until you find one you like.

I second backstrap!!!!!!! The meta peep is great in low light. It is 1/4 inch but it will still work fine for long shooting. It doesnt affect me at all when I am shooting 70-90 yards. Check them out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
