I found this video instruction on making your own lighted nocks for about 1/3 the price of pre-made ones!

I think Bambeklr made some of these last year.
Curiosity killed the cat, but I was a suspect for a while......

I whipped up a couple of these and they work great! I did not drill them out however. Here are pics of them on my arrows.

Yup, I made them last year and they work great. They cost about 11 dollars in the store and I made them for about 4 bucks. You are going to love them. I just dont have the time to make them all of the time since I am so hard on equipment. *lol* I wore all of myne out last year.

Not to hijack a thread but where the hell have you been Bam? How's the kid and mama doing?
Keep the tradition alive, teach a kid how to hunt.

Hey NYB...not to steer away from the question.
But how are the quick spin vanes working for you?
Do you notice a difference in your groupings?

Well, they spin, and are a hair more consistent than regular ones, so Id say they are doing pretty well, but not really a ton of difference. Ive been playing with alot of setups this year on my arrows, and these are definately going out hunting this year. Those are actually the Shrink-Fletchs, Ill do a complete write up on them later.
