I sighted it in at 50 where it was about an inch high but dead on left and right, so i figured why mess with it. Then, I went to 100 yards and it was 8 inches high
I proceeded to take a couple more shots, which yielded the same results. Now I know that it will be a little off at a hundred after sighting it in at 50 but 8 inches!!
So i had my dad call my grandpa and my grandpa said that he has herd storys about how theres something with the 200 grain hornadys that you have to sight them in from onehundred than you can see if it is on at 50. Something with the ark of the bullet.....
So we did that and we got it about 1/8 inch right and 1/4 inch high at 100, then we went to 50 and it was right on, so we got the problem solved. Has anyone else ever heard of anything like this?
