I can only see the eyes and can barely make out the antlers. It's too hard to tell based on this picture. All I can say is stay close to the food sources, water sources, scrapes, and rubs and it will increase your chances of shooting one.

For all the times I have hunted in WV if the deer are anywhere near the same they really like the culverts, creeks and such. I always tend to locate over a creek bed or something of the sort. Good luck !! I love it up there.
