What does anyone know about howa rifles?

They are good, its a Japanese brand. Most of their actions are off the Mauser design and HOWA sells some of them to other gun makers, some are used in the Vanguard line of Weatherby rifles.

HOWA also makes a 'push feed' type action that from what i've heard is reliable and makes for an accurate rifle.

They tend to make stocks that may look similar to Sako's or Weatherby's so if you see a HOWA with a resemblance to one of those two its not your eyes playing tricks on you.

So if you see one at a good price and you like its looks then go for it.

I have no experience with one, but i also hear they are very good rifles.
