I'm new to the site, but not new to forums. I just joined because my Dad showed me the site here. I was very impressed, so here I am.

Hey Everybody.

to be perfectly honest, I don't know my dad's username on the site. I must be a terrible son... He showed me the site, but I haven't found any posts by him. his name is mike, but anyway...

My season went terrible! Hopefully I'll nail something in the anterless season here in missouri. I wouldn't mind a big fat doe to help fill the freezer. Boy, do I ever love jerky.

I've come to notice just that... I know virtually nothing other than shoot straight and stay quiet. That's pretty cool to see somebody from the motherland showing up here! By the way, my last name is O'Hanlon... so I'm genuine. :D

Hey 6.5!
How'd you do this year? My baby mastiff got one quail before we shot it. He doesn't like the noise, but did get up several pheasants.

Hey Art
The boys down at my shoot are still picking themselves out of the ditches with the laughter  after me telling them about you hunting pheasants with that mastif .They all rekoned that their would only be a few feathers left after the retrieve. Regarding the shooting I have 8 week old son at home so time shooting has be few and far between but I managed to bag one 6 point sika buck and about 15 pheasants so far .I hope to get out a bit over the chrismas break and bag another deer and some more birds. My Springers going demented from lack of use he follows me to the front door every time I leave the house just to check I not sneaking the gun out without him.
Wishing all you boys over stateside a very happy christmas and a peaceful new year. 6.5
