This hunting platform was purpose-built for quiet, rattle-free operation. The body has been fiberglassed inside and out, then covered with Cote-L Industries Durabak bedliner inside and out. Hose and go simplicity, marine drain plugs in floor. All superfluous equipment has been removed to delete rattles and extraneous noise (lights, bezels, dash, heater etc). Has custom lowboy shelf on firewall for extra storage, cowling grill has been deleted to dry in wiring/shelf/storage. Custom fuel fill for easy Jerry jug fueling without stooping.
New and/or updated mechanical equipment includes Edelbrock intake and carb (Weber), factory exhaust manifolds for quiet operation, HD donut gaskets, dual, cross-over exhaust with extra large mufflers, Optima Redtop battery, Mean Green Reduction Starter, new plugs, recent wires, rotor and cap, low hours on clutch/throw-out bearing/pressure plate, 190 degree thermostat, new transmission and transfer case boots, new master cylinder, rest of running gear otherwise stock. No rattling hood catches (replaced with ratchet strap). Centech Wiring Steering Column. Tow bar for flat towing and lights.
Recovery gear includes Selectro Heavy Duty hubs (these are amazing), Ramsey 8000-RE winch (worm drive), 90' of 5/16" cable/hook, all-steel shovel, Hi-Lift jack, hatchet, all affixed on rattle-free mounts.
Misc. accessories consist of saddle bags, roll bar cover, articulating spotlight, sliding driver’s seat and folding passenger’s seat.
Hunting equipment includes Lehman electric spincast driving feeder, two sets of game blocks with plenty rope, 4-leather scoped-rifle scabbards, 2-leather shotgun/iron sighted rifle scabbards, clear-view passenger seat for shooter (sandbag rest on cowling or a couple corn bags on cowling). Jeep is open and has plenty of room between seats for hunting/shooting bag/soft cooler, etc. Will idle around in second gear all day, no constant shifting.
