Here's a quick way to get within half an inch or so. Stand flat footed within arms reach of a wall. Take the stance you would if you were going to actually shoot a bow, feet shoulder width apart and in line with the target. Make a fist but don't squeeze tight, now put that fist flat against the wall without having to bend to get it to touch. In other words, you have an imaginary bow in your hand and you are standing close enough to the wall that when you pretend to come to full draw your hand just barely touches the wall. Now have another person measure from the wall to the corner of your mouth. That will be your draw length within half an inch. The reason I say half an inch is that each person's draw length will vary by where their anchor point is. When it comes time to set up that bow make sure you have it set up at a respectable bow shop by a qualified person. And the only absolute sure way to get your exact draw length is to have someone measure on a tool at the shop.
