There is about 1,000 acres availble 600 give or take tillable and 400 acres woods. A house sits one of the properties that comfortably sleeps 7 hunters with an attached garage. I need to make sure of the price and I believe there is at least one group of hunters coming for one week in November 2011. I need to check their schedule since they have leased from us before I would like to give them first pick. All land except 40 acres is within two miles of the house. The 40 acres is 8 miles west in Brooklyn Township, Schuyler County, IL.
