Iraq

Postby SuperJ1975 » Mon Oct 13, 2008 10:47 am

I wont be posting any deer pictures this year cause I'm stuck in Iraq with the Army, but I will try to post some pictures of the local wild life here which mostly consists of big a$$ spiders and domestic livestock.

How do you think they get cannons to the front line..... Giant spiders. The U.S. Govt has spent millions breeding and training spiders for this type of work.

I am not sure how many combat vets we have here, but I am one also from Saudi,Somilia and Afganistan. My unit was 2nd 75th Airborne Rangers.I am not bragging or boasting. However it humbles me when folks say thanks,or good job for something I was getting paid to do.I am proud of my service, and would in a heart beat go thru that hell again in asked to.A lot of people dont realize how hard it is on married folks to be so far away from the loved ones and families until they have done it.The response I have gotten when someone finds out runs from handshakes to hunting privlidges on closed land. The troopers we still have deployed need and deserve our support and respect. So to those still serving home and aboad....SALUTE.

Thanks for your dedication man! I know your Army but Im thinkin about the Marines. All of the branches deserve major respect for the stuff you've been asked to do. When people ignorantly protest the war, I ask them how their lives have been affected, none can answer. I know a very good friend who may not be deer hunting too much after he lost his leg in Iraq with the army guard. Puts things into perspective.
