Kansas Hunting

Hi There,

I am new to this site and I am trying to find some info on where to hunt in Kansas public or private land. more specifically some where near Fort Riley. My son is stationed there and I would like to come down and visit. I don't have a lot of money so currently my plan is to hunt public land. I would like to be close enough to Fort Riley so I can hunt during the day and visit with him at night we he has free time. I would like to thank you for any advise you can give me.

Welcome to DHC. You might want to post in the Kansas section at the bottom of the forum, you may have more hits from the Kansas regular folks.

I may not know where to hunt there, but I do know that they have some big deer there.
