If you ever get a buck during the rut or a gut shot deer you know that taste and smell is always in the meat.I've eat 3-6 deer a year for a long time now and turned alot of people into deer meat lovers by doing this.Take your deer meat either cubed or steaks and parboil it or a slow simmer in water enough to cover and add kraft origenal b-b-q sauce.Use about one cup of sauce for half gallon of water,it will not kill the flavor of the meat but will hide the WANG from the guts or rut.I have fooled alot of people thinking they where eating beef.After you have pre-boiled the meat then fix it however you wish and it will taste like fresh young doe.Sorry about the spelling,i'm better at hunting
