Now that you've got them, what do you do with them?

Moose Bacon Wraps

I've never tried it with Deer meat, but this is a definite winner with Moose 8)

Bacon wraps – moose 350F – 30min.

What you need:
Bacon
Moose
Montreal Steak Pepper
toothpick
Cookie or Oven pan

Cooking instruction:
- Preheat oven 350F
- Cut Bacon in ½ (on the length)
- Cut strips of Moose (must be thin ie. < 1/4” thick)
- Put foil in bottom of cookie pan and place a grill on top so that your bacon wraps don’t lay in the fat/grease when they are cooking. (foil makes it way easier to clean  )
- Lay bacon pieces on table.
- Lay moose stips on bacon
- spread MTL steak pepper on top. (may use variance like seasoning salt, or don’t put anything on if you’re a sissy and can’t handle spices lol)
- Roll bacon and moose strips
- Pierce through each side with a toothpick (to hold it into a roll)
- Put side by side on grill in your cookie pan
- Cook for 30-40 mins. @ 350F.

PS: Try to choose good bacon, not the bacon that has more fat than anything else!

Serve and be considered the King of bacon wraps.
