Mule deer hunting in North Eastern Utah

I have a general season muzzleloader buck tag and a spike elk tag for the area between strawberry reservoir and starvation reservoir in Utah and am wondering if anyone has hunted that area and can give me any pointers on where to hunt. I am looking at hunting North of Strawberry reservoir. I am not familiar with the area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
