muleys in oregon

I am a whitetail hunter from oklahoma but i recently drew a mule deer take for the beulah unit 165A in oregon. My buddies uncle lives there and invited us up. anyway does anyone know anything about this area or if its any good. Whats the terrain like. Any help would be appreciated the guy that invited us is not a big hunter so he really does not know much except he sees deer in his fields, he farms soybeans or something he said. Thanks
