great deer!!! Around here we would most likley call it and 11 or maybe 12 point. They have to be 1 inch to be scorable. But dont get me wrong. thats a STUD!!!

Thats why I asked if it was 18 scorable points. I know the pic doesnt show every point but just looking, I counted 11-13. Some are iffy until more pics are seen. They have to be an inch to count here too.

A lot of people consider it a point if you can hang a ring on it, but you need to check with your states DNR to see what they consider a point. My state says it need to be an inch. Boone and Crockett requires a tine to be 1" in length to count. I am assuming that P&Y requires it too.

No need to assume. Pope and Young scores pretty close to B&C. Minimum of one inch to be scorable. Doesn't matter either way, that joker up there is a beast no matter how many points it had.
