I got back from sighting my scope in and began to clean my mossberg 500. Now the scope is mounted on the barrel, so it is somewhat difficult to clean the bore without touching the scope itself. So I go about cleaning the bore with one of those lamb/sheep skin attachments and it gets wedged in the middle of the barrel. I try to be as cautious as I can pushing it out but I end up hitting the scope with my fist. Not only that, but I do it THREE MORE TIMES! I am worried that I have knocked the scope out of place and I am unable to go back to the range due to my schedule. I would like to know how much force an average scope can take until it is no longer accurate (I have a Bushnell Trophy Series 1-4x).
