Not to bump and old thread, but have you ever shot the Walther P22 and how would you rate it in comparison to the Mosquito? I have a Walther P22 and although I've put thousands of rounds through it, I did have to replace the recoil spring. It shoots fine again, but seems stubborn towards certain brands of ammo and it still double feeds on occasion. It's mainly for the wife and plunking the beer cans at the cabin but I just wanted a comparison from anyone who has or has shot both.

In fact yes I have fired the P22.I noticed it will double feed, sometimes its a faulty ejector spring or a weak mag spring.Personally i like the Sig better. After close to 2 thousand rounds of reg 22 and 22 subsonic ammo I havent had any problems like a double feed isue.
