Nebraska ML deer hunting WMA's

This month my cousin and I are going to be taking advantage of Nebraska's December muzzleloader deer season. I have been told that there is good hunting to be had in the southwest part of the state on wma's such as red willow, swanson, enders and medicine creek. Anybody have experience hunting any of these areas? If not have you had luck with any other wma's in Nebraska?

I have also been told that if you are polite and ask for permission from landowners it can be relatively easy to get access to hunt on private ground, especially if you are after does? Anyone have any experience with this?
