have had this 15 yr old Alaskan Bear Compound and it has treated me well. ive been practicing with it now for about 3 yrs and was getting pretty good. have my 3 pins set at 15 20 30. or at least close to that. 15-25 i was great untill i got a D-loop put on my bow now im even better at 15yrds. 20yrds im ok. 25yrds killlllllls me i can't be accurate at all. i dont think its me because i was so comfortable with it before the D-loop. it flusters me to the point that i dont even wanna touch it anymore.

Is the arrow tight when nocked between the D loop? If what Tony said isn't causing the problem then you could be getting a lot of wobble on your arrow leaving you with an inaccurate shot.

Not if its not way out of wack. The farther you shoot the worse it should get.

Yep, post a pic of a nocked arrow. If you can, post one in full draw too along with your bow and arrow specs if possible.

Have you changed arrows or changed the draw length or draw weight since putting on the D loop? The arrows may be too stiff or possibly the fletching is hitting the rest since you are shooting different which would cause wobble. It could be a number of things really and it might be best to go to a bow shop and have them measure everything which may direct you to what is causing the issue.

Sounds about right...

I agree with Douglas, you may have alot of wobble in your arrow but the wobble normally is greater the further it goes. I noticed that my arrows were doing that as well at a farther distance so I did some paper shots and noticed the wobble and was able to start making really accurate and confident 45 yard shots again with the newly made adjustment. Like you, my close shots were good but as the shots got farther they were more off.
May the hunting gods bring you luck.

You have an upload button now.

I would have to agree with the others. If the loop isnt set right or your rest is to low or high, it will affect your accuracy. Did your bow shop use a square when setting it up? Look into the bow tuning thread in this section. It should help.
