If its brown its down, if it flies it dies, if its old enough to breed its old enough to bleed

There are several posts about paper tuning your bow around here. The only way I can see a shop tuning your bow is with a "machine" or they have a fellow there that shoots exactly the same as you.

I work at a locally owned outdoor store and am one of the "bow techs". We set up your rest and use a bow square to get the nock point. We can paper tune, but it would waste our time and you would have to tune the bow to your style of shooting.

Just run a check in this section of the forum and you can find several discussions.

I just got a new Bear Game Over, and that thing is sweet! I set it all up myself (except for the peep site), and it shoots darts. I bought a bow tuning kit with the bow square, and I set up my nocking point and rest using it. My 1st shot with it hit dead center, and I proceeded to shave vanes off my arrows after that!

My bow may not shoot 340 fps, but it is quiet, forgiving, and accurate.

It doesn't have to. What it does have to be is comfortable for you to shoot. That'll kill more deer than speed.

Good point. I shot an 05 model Golden Eagle (Fred Bear) Mossy Oak 32, and it felt good, but the riser on the new bow is longer, and the limbs are more parallel. It's like day and night! It feels good and balanced, and when drawn back, it stops like a rock! I love it! Now, if I could only get some unsuspecting deer to walk in front of me when I have it in my hand!!!
