New broadheads

Postby Tex4426 » Tue Nov 02, 2010 11:29 am

I have been using trophy ridge meet seakers and so has my dad...we have shot 3 deer together and recovered 0...out of those 3 only 1 should not have been recover cuz it was a low shot that didnt get any vitals...my dad previously used rage but had countless problem with blades deploying in flight due to malfunctioning rubber bands...good heads but i dont trust them...i just bought some bloodrunner 3 blade broadheads...these things are wicked...they due way more damage to my target than the meet seakers...havnt went hunting since i got them but if the hole is anywhere near the size as the one on my target then there will be massive amounts of blood spilled...not to mention ive shot 1 head 20 times into a target and it still sliced my finger open(ouch)...anybody have any experience with these heads...im excited about seeing what they can do on deer hide/flesh
