The leaves were a blue gray color and somewhat on the meaty side, you could make a salad with it, it tasted that
good. The plot was about 1/2 acre, I had the soil tested and added lime to get the ph neutral.
My question is does anyone know just what variety of brassica this might be? Bio-Logic sells a variety mixture of brassica plants that I planted this year but did not see this type in it when it came up.
