There are a few things here. First of all, the vegetation is so thick, deer can move pretty discretely so don't worry if you aren't seeing much activity right now - it's there. Another thing is, if there are other food sources nearby, they aren't going to waste too much time going to a specific spot for corn when they can graze and easily find food all around them. They might not be travelling very much yet since they don't have the need to, and remember, does just had their babies and they are still showing the fawns the ins and outs of life as a deer, like showing them nearby routes to food and water sources (key word is nearby). During the early spring and summer, you have a better chance of getting deer on camera by putting out a mineral lick or making a mineral pit. Deer crave that salt and require the minerals to be healthy and grow so they love it, but it's too late to waste putting mineral out since deer won't get much of a health advantage from it this late in the summer. Using corn and other food attractants will start being more effective here shortly when the weather gets a little cooler and we get closer to the rut. Deer will start intaking mass amounts of food, especially food with protein, to prepare for the rutting phase and the winter. Just hold tight and don't pressure them too much, the season is just around the corner! So just be patient and once the fawns are a little older and the weather is a little cooler, deer will start moving more and at greater distances.
