I am on a 280 Acre Yearly Lease with one other member and we are looking for 2 serious hunters to join us. Two previous members are experiencing financial issues and will not be able to continue on the lease. I am not an outfitter, I'm a hunter. The buck to doe ratio on this property is at about 2:1 and it is loaded with deer and turkey. This is a full yearly lease for deer and turkey in any legal season and with all weapons. The property is 60% Hardwood thickets and 40% cropland presently planted in soybeans. There are strategically placed food plots. There are lots of edges, draws, ravines and creek bottoms.
