parker blackhawk

Postby hunterQ » Sun Aug 31, 2008 10:28 am

Thinking about getting a new bow. I have been shooting a parker phoenix for 4 years now, and thinking its time to take a dip in the savings account and upgrade. The scale has been leaning toward the parker blackhawk, the other is a martin, I believe the firecat.
Anyone have any suggestions?
I shoot with a wisker biscuit rest, gold tip arrows, optimizer sight(switching to a fixed 4 pin). I use the trusty muzzy broadhead, last year I shot a young buck quarted toward me and went right through the shoulder and the deer only made it about 50 yds.

The Blackhawk looks like a great bow. The Martin is a great bow also. I think about the only difference would be the price. You would be satisfied with either bow.
Curiosity killed the cat, but I was a suspect for a while......
