Powder / Bullet combinations

I just recently purchased a TC Omega Z5. First season to hunt ML. Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations on good powder, pellet, bullet combinations?

I will be hunting in Oklahoma - 75-100yard max shots.

The best answer that can be given is for you to experiment with bullets and amount of powder. I would suggest starting with a 250gr bullet and 90gr of pyrodex or triple 7 and work up in 5gr increments until you find an accurate load. I prefer loose powder over pellets because it is more consistant. Just so you know, a muzzleloader is like a rifle and will let you know what bullet it likes. It may take you several different brands of bullets to find one that the ML likes, but you may also find it on the first try.
