I am using a sight from Impack archery that works really good. it has the fiber optics wraped around the out side it works really good in a low light situation.

bow scope

Postby bambeklr » Sun Jun 05, 2005 1:16 am

My friend had drama fo years making good shots with his bow. He could kill a deer with one hand with a gun. We figured out that he needed a scope on his bow thats what it was missing. He got a 2x power scope with green cross hairs. Neddless to say Those tracking days are over. Thats all he needed was a pair of cross hairs. I will get the name and model or the sight if you are interested. I shoot a HHA 5000 series with the fiber optics around the outside. It is so bright it comes with a type of sunshade you can adjst the brightness on those sunny days or you will have a halo around the pin.

i just purchased a Trophy Ridge Matrix guide series. its great and i have no complaints yet. it has knobs you turn to adjust it, and little tabs you flip to adjust the pins. once everything is set you lock them in with an allen wrench(shouldnt need it to adjust). here are some pics. the sight doesnt have pins on the top like in the first pic, thats just to show different pins. the second pic is the sight on my bow. for low light conditions you can get a light to go on it or it comes with chem. lights you break and put in a hole made just for them.
