i was just wondering how you guys get your bow up to your climber. i'm afraid to mess something up if i just tie a rope to my bow like a gun and pull it up. any suggestions or techniques that you guys use would help a lot

I have a small rope with a clip on it that I use. I just wrap the rope around the top limb twice and then clip it onto itself. Once I reach my desired height, I pull my bow up.

I actually used a small diameter rope for a long time until I got sick of burning my hands up after getting down all excited after a shot. I went to a larger diameter rope and I just tie it to the cam of my bow. If you are gonna use a small diameter bow rope I would cut a small oiece of dowl rod and wrap it around the wood. This will make sure you dont tangle your rope up when putting it away after being all excited also. My friend has a small pouch attached to the side of his climber that he stores his bow rope in. Then you never have to take it off the climber.
