Would I have any problems rabbit hunting with a rifled slug barrel on a 12 guage?

I wouldn't do it. There's a pretty good chance you could mess up the rifling on the barrel and your pattern is going to be pretty bad as well.

Depending on if you are running rabbits with dogs or just jumping them yourself, I would go with a modified choke with the dogs and improved choke if you are jumping them yourself.

Thanks kwack, could that be what cyl. stands for on my adjustable choke, improved cyl. ? I would mostly jump them myself but my husky does chase them out as well so there would be a bit of both.

Yes, that's most likely what it stands for and I think it would be what you would want to use.

I wouldnt use a rifled barrel if you are going to push shot through it, like the others said it will ruin the rifling
